JOB DESCRIPTION
Fluid Engineering, Inc. is currently seeking a qualified professional for a Sales Engineer to call on East TN & North GA. The company has expanded into this region and seeks the perfect candidate to help establish & grow new business. The primary responsibility of this position is to open the territory and generate business for industrial ventilation systems and equipment. The core focus will be on industrial accounts. Other responsibilities include learning customers’ processes, learning all aspects of the company’s product offering, selecting equipment, designing systems, proposal preparation, product demonstrations, formal and informal presentations, monitoring competitive trends; developing marketing plans and strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Civil, Mechanical, & Industrial Engineering or related degrees are best suited for this position. A strong mechanical aptitude is helpful. 2-5 Years of relevant work experience is required. Experience with fans, duct, air handling units, dust collectors, and pneumatic conveying equipment is a plus.

COMPENSATION
A superior compensation plan with benefits is provided. Salaries are determined on a Base + Commission + Bonus system.
